I've owned features from problem to launch, and worked from early-stage startup to enterprise. I use AI to move faster, not to decide.

Retention rose after the platform redesign. I owned the mobile app, rebuilding its information architecture and building the first native design-system foundations for iOS and Android.

Designed end-to-end Resource Management for Keka's first PSA product: request handling, skill-based allocations and smart allocations. Allocating a person went from 45 minutes to 15, and over-allocation incidents halved. I also led the design-system revamp for Keka Lite 2.0.

Workflow automation could only be driven by hand-written YAML. I designed the first drag-and-drop editor for it, sole designer across four epics, and introduced the Synthetic LLM Monitor — five features to general availability across APM Core and APM+.
Measured limited preview against general availability, so it reflects the product becoming broadly available and sellable as well as the redesigned editor.

I spent my teens reviewing tech on YouTube and editing short films with friends. During the pandemic I took a freelance brief to design a music app. I didn’t get the gig, but I found my calling. I taught myself design, landed a role at Akrivia while I was still in college, and went on to design for Keka and New Relic.
Beyond the workPeople assume editing led me here, but the real thread is storytelling: a story only works when it lands in the right order. Off-screen, I’m cooking, travelling, or hanging out with my dog, Snow.
